Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using SaaS Power Marketing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

4. White-Label Reselling

Agencies may white-label and resell the Service to their own clients. You remain the sole point of contact with your clients and are responsible for the services you sell them.

5. Fulfillment Services

Fulfillment services ordered from the marketplace are delivered by our contractors. Turnaround times are estimates. Quality is guaranteed — we will re-do or refund unsatisfactory work.

6. Acceptable Use

• No spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or illegal activity.
• No content that infringes intellectual property or violates law.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of the platform.

7. Data Ownership

You own your client data, reports, and creative assets. We process them on your behalf to provide the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SaaS Power Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
